Welcome to Devon Counselling & Psychotherapy
Many people seek therapy when the strategies they’ve used to manage pressure no longer feel sustainable. You may be navigating burnout, anxiety, or a life transition that leaves you feeling like you’ve hit a wall. Often, on the outside, you appear to have it all together, but internally, the way you’ve been carrying things has reached its limit.
My approach is flexible and tailored to you, providing a collaborative space where we focus on what you actually need. Rather than following a rigid script, we work together to make sense of the patterns that keep you stuck, moving at a pace that allows for genuine insight and a more manageable way forward.
Specialist Support for Women’s Health
Alongside this exploratory work, I offer specialised clinical programmes for those seeking a more structured focus. Launching in November 2026, I will be offering an evidence-based 6-session CBT programme designed specifically to manage the physical and psychological impact of peri-menopause and menopause - including hot flushes, night sweats, and sleep disruption.
How we can work together:
-
Online sessions (Nationwide)
-
In-person sessions (Devon)
As an Accredited Registrant of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), I provide a professional, safe, and non-judgemental environment held to high ethical standards.
Getting in touch

In-person therapy is held at the following venues in Cullompton and Uffculme:

Sessions
Individual counselling sessions are tailored to your unique needs. Available in Cullompton and surrounding areas. Sessions are also available online. Click here to learn more about how I can support you.
How Long Does Therapy Take?
It can sometimes take a few sessions to work out the best way forward and, as such, therapy is often seen as a commitment. The duration of therapy depends on the reasons for coming and the complexity.
Creativity Within Sessions
There may be situations where you benefit from working creatively, particularly when recalling painful events. Some clients have found it helpful to incorporate art into their sessions as a way of exploring and expressing their emotions.
